My phone is not a Nokia or doesn't have the option: Menu -> Settings -> Configuration-> Custom settings
If you are not a Swisscom client, the problem is most likely caused by the connection profile you are using. It is of WAP type but should be Internet. Please modify the current connexion profile:
If you find an option called APN or Access Point in your current connection profile, with a value like "live.sunrise.ch" or "wap", please change this value to "internet".
